By becoming a member, you agree to the terms of service and understand that membership dues do not include any insurance premiums.

Note: If we are unable to answer your call in person or if you call outside business hours, please leave a message with:
- your first and last names
- how you heard about NAMASTA
- at what membership level you wish to join
- telephone numbers where you can be reached and the best times to call you
- your time zone

Print and fill out the fax-in membership form, check the box indicating you agree to the terms of use and print clearly:
- what card you are using:
- we accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover
- the first and last names on the credit card, the credit or debit card number and expiry date, and the billing address for your payment card if different from your mailing address
- what username and password you wish to set

Your membership will be active once your payment is processed. You will receive a welcome e-mail instantly. US members allow 4-6 weeks to receive your free alternative health care benefit in the mail.

Renew or Upgrade Your Membership
If your membership is currently active, your membership will renew automatically (as described in NAMASTA’s Terms of Use). Call us toll-free at 1-877-NAMASTA (1-877-626-2782) weekdays during business hours (10 AM to 5 PM ET) to inform us of any changes needed.
